Get to know your HOA Leads

Commercial Property Management (CPM) - Can determine whether there is a code or CC&R violation and can take appropriate action to inform tenant/homeowner of the violation and timeline to correct it.  CPM can also fill out the Code Enforcement request with the city.

President of the HOA - The board president leads the board and is responsible for overseeing and handling many of its procedural duties. In order to succeed in this role, the Board president must be knowledgeable about the community's CC&Rs and governing documents and understand how to run an effective meeting.

 

Board Members - There are three general responsibilities of association boards. These include maintaining common areas, managing budgets/fiscal responsibilities, and enforcing/complying with governing documents.

Committee Members - These are individuals who assist to make the neighborhood a better place. These committees would include planning fun events, welcoming new neighbors and coordinate service projects. Contact your HOA board if you wish to be on a committee.

Neighbors - Be polite and respectful, follow the community rules, communicate first, organize service projects, keep your curb appeal, assume good intentions and watch out for one another.
